THE RESEARCHERS

The research projects are carried out by leading cancer specialists from Skejby Hospital, Copenhagen University Hospital, Hvidovre Hospital and the Danish Cancer Society. Internationally, there is a close co-operation with researchers from the well-recognised Gynaecology Cancer Research Centre in London and the University in Tübingen.

MERMAID needs financial support to carry through the projects. Foundations as well as private individuals have already contributed, but we need further funding if we are to really reduce mortality for women diagnosed with gynaecological cancer.
